Account Manager - Experiential

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships and on-going event-marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in experiential marketing with 4+ years of client or brand management experience. This person must be organized, self-motivated, able to clearly articulate ideas through client-facing materials and be tenacious in their approach to bringing out-of-the-box activation concepts to life.

We are seeking a candidate who prides themselves on their ability to think creatively and who demonstrates a passion for developing bold and dynamic ideas that inspire our clients and audiences alike. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where they are asked to wear many hats -- in addition to account management responsibilities, the Account Manager will also occasionally have project management duties.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Day to day management of agency’s key clients
  • Creating client facing materials including status memos, budgets, billing, presentations, etc.
  • Working with assigned project manager(s) as needed to develop complex campaigns (concept research, production, creative development, vendor management, permitting, venue negotiation, budgeting, etc.)
  • Brainstorming / ideating concepts
  • Assisting with new business efforts and growing existing client business


  • Strong background producing events
  • 4+ years of client / brand management experience
  • Ability to identify client and project needs and take action without direction
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of industry landscape and relevant cultural trends
  • Comfortable taking a “hands-on” approach to event management
  • Ability to travel for projects and client meetings
