A nationwide, by-appointment mobile tour utilized an immersive storytelling approach to guide participants through a hospital-like environment. The experience centered on a fictional patient journey as guests followed “Sarah’s” story via replica care areas; from the ER to surgery through post-op care and patient discharge. Sensory cues like a hospital soundtrack, lighting effects and touch screens created a true-to-life hospital atmosphere as reps demonstrated products tailored to the narrative in real time.
