OBJECTIVE

For President Cheese’s new snack sized pub cheese product, capitalizing on the connection between sports, pubs, and pub cheese with a Super Bowl launch was a perfect fit. But with COVID restrictions closing bars around the country and prohibiting parties, a new angle had to be found.

SOLUTIONS

If football fans can’t go to the pub, President Cheese could bring the pub to them. Or to one superfan family at least. To celebrate snack-sized pub cheese, the Snack-Sized Pub was created (max occupancy: 2) and sent to the home of one lucky Tampa Bay Buccaneers superfan so he could enjoy the big game in style. Featuring pub favorites like a TV, dart board, an expert bartender, and - of course - pub cheese, the Snack-Sized Pub delivered a full-sized experience.

Results

Beyond thrilling one fan’s family (and making a customer for life) the content captured at the Super Bowl event was used to drive earned media pickups throughout the Super Bowl week and beyond. The effort served as a launchpad for the program where the pub will travel to grocery chains around the country sampling President Cheese.
